If Patna to Howrah Jan Satabdi train can be operated which is 537 kms then why not Patna to Lucknow Jan satabdi train can be operated which is 530 kms ??

This route is fully Electrified now that's why the new Jan Satabdi train is feasible.

They may run such a train in the near future. They are running a intercity train between LJN and PPTA; so it's possible to run one in the near future. It may start from GNTR[Gomti Nagar; inside Lucknow] to save 30 mins both in UP and DN directions.
