i was travelling in delhi metro (green line) just after ashok park main station i saw 11450 durgavati express being hauled by a wap - 7 instead of its regular link wdp-4b/d . time : 12:50 pm

Is rohtak station yard electrified ? I guess there is no CRS approval for ndls -ROK section.
I had Spotted Your Durgawati Express with offlink KJM WDP-4 Near Dhuri When I was Onboard Navyug Express Upto SVDK !
Rohtak Electrified hai Jind-Jakhal Mai Electrification Progress ho raha hai !
may be . it might be another train . but i am sure that it was not a passenger train and it was bound for delhi/new delhi .
