how do i check my train reservation of 20th may 2010 wen i hav got ticket no,?
Provide your PNR No. which is printed on your ticket.
There is a button called "PNR Status" which appears at the top of the Site. Just click on it and then feed your PNR No. You will get the Status. Try yourself.

Look at the PNR No. (10 digit) and through this website or indianrail.gov.in website, type your pnr no. in PNR status (in this site) or PNR No. in home page of indianrail.gov.in. you will come to know the latest status. both sites give similar numbers. you have to check your pnr status only if its in WL or RAC. in case its a confirmed ticket, coach no. and seat no. will be printed in the ticket. thanks.
If you would like to know the reservation availability, in this website - type train number/name and search. On display of train, look Fares & Seats tab and input your date of travel. you can see the no. of seats available.

As you have mentioned date as 20 May for which booking has not yet started. After you book the ticket, all the details regarding your journey would be printed in the ticket.
the blogger has not posted his question in a right manner. "how do i check my train reservation of 20th may 10 when i have got ticket no?" There are two meanings out of it - i.e. he will book his tkt & if in wl, how to chk status. or he wants to see what is the accommodation availability. that is the reason i have given both options in my reply blog at 1043 am. the initiating blogger can choose what options he requires according to his ticket. thanks.
