This is a good study.
Also they should have studied the journey sectors or the trains where most of the passengers wanted to travel, but couldnt because their tickets remained in WL.
I feel IR themselves should so such a survey consider the results before announcing new trains

Rather if they could gather these passengers then IR would be full of profits no more fear of loss. Extra coaches and introducing new train in demanded route is the only solution
Yes. Instead of running existing trains or announcing new trains where there is no passenger demand, IR should understand where is the demand and run/announce trains accordingly
And these are the stations from where the fancy flexi fare will be sustaining!
Problem with IR is that they are having poor future planning and no proper vision. Politics have ruined IR more than anything
