That's really a big headache. Without knowing the PNR it's a herculean task to restore it.
If Iam not wrong, while booking ticket, they ask for Mobile number and the auto generated sms is sent to it... can you please look it
Most PRS ignore the Mobile Number field, even if you write mobile number on reservation form.
I think best option will be to visit the same PRS or Boarding station.

thats advantage of e-tkt, u can get sms of pnr whenever u want
