What is difference between Commercial halt and technical halt? PLZ reply...
Technical halt is the halt provided to trains for some technical reasons, like crew change, banker attachment and detachment etc, and in technical halts stations booking will not be allowed and passengers cant board the train. Commercial halts are the regular stoppage for trains where booking is being done.
Difference between Technical halt and Commercial halt.
1) you can book tickets to the station which have commercial halt ant not for technical halt.
2) in technical halt the announcement is given as departmental announcement by the officials and for commercial halt it is given by IVRS.
3) In technical halt is used as for food and water loading and also Loco attachment...
