DNR Division is worst there is no doubt in that , coming to the matter of rescheduling of 12296 , earlier DRM DNR tweetted saying construction of pit line is in pipeline, next he tweets that Sangha will be shifted to DNR and even a PR was released on this , but nothing happened, then DRM says they can't shift terminal to DNR due to lack of infrastructure like RRI . So the only hope for Sangha is COI diversion....
