doesn't possession of the rake with SECR make its zone as SECR, despite maintenance being done by WCR?
I think, today's case was an exceptional situation, may be shortage of rake. The train has been officially allotted to WCR, and the PM will be done at Jabalpur.
I am sure, within a few days, you will probably see WCR rake.

actually I had observed a SECR 'all brand new GS coach' rake stationary at KEQ, twice earlier this month

Sure, I am not objecting that my friend. Even Railways might continue with SECR rake as well, you never know.

coaches of anvt ghazipur suhaildev belong to er because of rake transfer but primary maintenance is of nr so we mention zone as nr only not er..
