Nahi, ise ICF coaches dene k piche reason hai. Military rake most of the times kisi freight train k sath coupled rehti hai jisme unka rasan paani or arms rahte hai or LHB dene pe sath me EOG bhi lagana padta isliye ICF hi better hai.
