Today 12381 Reached MGS before time. But it will not reach NDLS at 06:05 hrs tomorrow.

RB is the sole culprit for this. If RB knows that this route has congestion and it's over saturated still then new trains/Special Trains get introduced via this route only. Is this the way to counter congestion, by adding more trains in that section?
