I have booked a ticket from Thane to Nasik Road for 13 June 2011. On 12 June evening when i checked the status of my ticket on 139 i came to know that the train is cancelled on 13 June between Mumbai and Nasik Road. (This was due to Darbhanga Kurla Express derailment In Kasara ghat). When i tried to cancel the ticket online, i got message that chart is prepared and hence file a TDR. Now i got just 50% refund and not full refund. As train was cancelled i must get full refund. What should i do?

Did the official website showed the same status as that was told at 139?
If you came to know that train is cancelled , you must have the source/paper cuttings,
You do now two things, Write an application stating the story, to station master, attaching there with the news clippings xerox and copy of your confirmed ticket and refund order copy.
Obtain acknowledgement/certificate of your application.
