I believe, according to this page which belongs to this particular loco (#22360), a train should get added to #22360 by that button, not general ED P-4. Basically we want to know that what are the different trains which this loco has hauled so far. But what it is doing is, it's adding this loco directly to that train page. I hope, by now, you have got the point.

name is Sudarshan. So, he was basically trying to add different trains to a particular loco captured by him. But instead we saw, as if, he is adding those locos to those trains. When people started asking him, he told everyone to calm down and not to be panicked and explained everything to us. He also said that he has talked to Mod about this bug so that it can be rectified.
