I did not misinterpret anything rather my comments are taken as personal. I just talk about blame game. Indian railways safety records are not good. Just now we have lost precious lives in Kanpur in a serious accident (derailment). Let us watch blame game again and common people will continue to pay their lives.....good luck...with your arguments. You may win arguments with your technicality but IR will continue to remain one of the most dangerous railway network in the world.... Pray for deceased!!! Rail will blame wheel, wheel will blame sleeper, sleeper will blame soil, soil will blame weather condition, weather condition is in God hand. So accident is in act of God...Blame God! Thank you
