I know this may be a out of IRI topic. But members do you support the idea of people below poverty line taking shelter in railway stations?? Give reasons for it Should they be allowed to stay or not?? Please members no controversy

If they don't have home because of poverty, it doesn't mean railway station should be their home.
1. There are government schemes of slum rehabilitation. People take a house under it and let it out on rent and continue to live in slums.
2. Beggars staying on stations spit, litter, make it dirty and they also answer to nature's call on the platform's making it unhygienic and prone to more disease.
