chennai - jammutawi" in hindi, english and regional language with properly indicated train no. visible in dim light
2. If there is scarcity of space and only one language can be displayed regional language , hindi should be preferred.
3. All local/passenger trains should have source - dest. in regional language.
4. Some space at borders for creative art of that operating zone region like madhubani painting in vaishali, temple sculptures in madurai ( subject to space available)
