Samastipur Wdm3a Instead of Electric loco Wap4.I don't the reason that Why there is Diesel loco instead of Electric,unless train was running wid eloco from last 1 month between Muzaffarpur-Howrah

Links are out of place. Many trains are running late. Since incoming locos to MFP with other trains or the train with which this has LSA may arrive late , this may happen. Links will be in place once the fog season gets over.
