Their is a rule in Railways that if a female passenger is traveling alone then the adjoining seat to her should be alloted to any other female passenger only. If this doesn't happens bcoz of any circumstances then it's the duty of the TTE to accomadete that single female passenger with any other female passenger so whatever written there is true.
