We have consciously kept it this that site way free of social network trappings (to the extent possible)

Yes, we do have a vibrant community, groups and friendships, but we encourage our members to focus on their interests INTERESTS rather than each other

Earlier, we used to have Full full public lists of members, admins, monitors, members from nearby stations, Admins, monitors, and such
Although member details are still publicly available in their respective profile pages, we do not want the same to appear in public lists, which makes it easier for bots to mine user data
