you are wrong...i have seen hwh rajdhani getting rescheduled from howrah.
this train has spare rake so their is minimal probability of cancellation of this train.
HWH rajdhani possibility of starting late from hwh is high on Sunday because 12306 (of previous day) may arrive very late due to its longer route via PNBE. As for example, it has been rescheduled today because 12306 arrived horribly delayed at hwh today morning.

no...It was because of 12302 running 24 hour late...
so 12301 hwh raj of 3rd december was rescheduled by 45 mins.

Right, but possibility of 12302 coming 20+ hrs late is very low. And even if it does on a rare extreme case like that day, the reschedule of 12301 from hwh may be max 1-2 hrs.
