Does track will decide which loco (Diesel or Electric) would run on that??.....

Once loco (Diesel or Electric) runs on particular track then only it will be decided that particular stretch is "Diesel-Line or Electric-Line"...
.
ROZA-SCC-BUW section already been confirmed by both the DRM's of NER & NR respectively that said section ROZA-SCC-BUW has been electrified and track can be used by e-loco however it seems track has not been update at IRI under rail track.
Train number 15209, 15210, 15211 and 15212 are using same track but track information is not consistence between Sitapur Cantt. (SCC) and Roza junction (ROZA) for all said trains. I have attached track information for your reference.
Would like to request to please update track as per their current status and not based on which loco runs on that.

Agree; how about track between Sitapur cantt. (SCC) and Roza junction (ROZA) till yesterday (12-Dec-2016) when i have taken screen shot of track it was showing different. Anyway thanks however updated it.
