How exactly do these TLs work?
I have been a member of this site for a few months now, but not aware in it.

FYI there was a site bug on that day.
I.e on that that,even though PPG sir updated it,the info was not seen in the station page.
So bcz of that I updated it again and then only it displayed in the station page.
Also FYI a tl monitor won't get anything if he increases the tl counts.
