What happens if I board first class on a waitlist ticket? Traveling from surat to mumbai tomorrow with PNR number 8542022029
The waitlist is 2.

Is it this ticket?? then you need not worry, it will go through.
Boarding FC/CC on WL ticket is never a good idea as TTE;s do check tickets in this area and a heavy fine will be levied on you. That said, your ticket will get confirmed so don't think about that.
