I have 3 tickets from Chandigarh to Howrah in 12312 Kalka Mail in March 2017.
Status is RAC 2,3& 4. Kindly advise whether the same shall be confirmed or shall i look for other alternative.

RL quota is always less, in 2A even less so.
But you have loads of time in hand for ticket to clear, besides there are always hidden, unused quotas which are used in confirming ticket while charting, so no issues.
anything beyond single digit WL though would be highly doubtful though.
