is good to note that a government owned and competition hardened organisation, Air India has now learnt the skills of marketing from the private players and seems to have moved a step ahead of them under dynamic leadership of Mr. Ashwani Lohani, ex IRSME officer! So the transformation of AI from a docile haron to aggressive hawk is praise worthy and is a good example how the mismanaged Govt Organisations can learn from competition with efficient and well managed private competitors.
