Hassan line inspection from Tomorrow
The much awaited inspection of the newly constructed Nelmangala-Shravanabelagola line by the safety commissioner is scheduled on Feb 6. Chief Admn Officer (construction) of SWR Ashok Guptha told The Hindu that the inspection of the line will go on till Feb 10 before the safety commissioner issues authrorisation to operate passenger trains on the stretch. The 110 KM line is part of Bengaluru-Hassan 166 KM new line. The 14 KM stretch between Chikkabanavara - Nelmangala and another 42 KM...
