This news give info of a competitor mode of Railways and have a great bearing on the traffic & earnings of Indian railway, so looks relevant. In fact poaching of profit giving ac class paxs by airlines is a big headace for IR.
We should not literally restrict to railway as many things that are not exactly railways but affect railway in a big way.
