Yes, everything is stage managed. Catering is one of the biggest institutionalised corruption in IR. If I am not wrong, when new Govt. came in 2014 they arrested a catering contractor and recovered a lot of unaccounted cash. Those were the days of initial euphoria :) I thought every crook will be caught and things will changeeeeee................ :(
A Few Months Back..Pantry Car Contractor Of BSK Got Arrested Because Excess Amount Of Complaints Were Being Raised By Passengers Regarding The Sale Of Overpriced Water Bottles,Beverages,Snacks Etc. In The Train!
