He must had been a patient of Hyper tension & high BP otherwise heart attack just bcoz of scolding isn't possible. Indian Railways don't even conduct mental & physical health checkups of it's staff on regular basis which needs to be done mandatorily.
Yes, but being a Public sector org, that too under govt of India, can't expect much, although LPs do get checkups before taking charge of a train.
Controllers are crucial as well, if people like us enjoy aggressive controlling decisions on bigger junctions like Itarsi, Jhansi etc. Then the decision taking must be a tougher task.
