CR is saying work on doubling between Nagothane and Roha is progressing, it is not stalled. If it is true, does anybody know it's status.?

Kasu Nagothane - Section was opened in March 2016.
Nagothane Nidi - Only bridge on NH 66 was left. Upgradation of Nidi was going on.
Nidi Roha - Only between Roha Ashtami and Roha station was left due to encroachment and the matter was in court.
I had taken video of Nagothane Roha when I travelled on this route in July 16....
