Great News, most of the developed Railway systems have already dropped this "Brake van" thing but Indian Railways is still using this technique of Utopian era but At-last IR is also getting rid of this.
After each & every step towards modernization that will happen for sure. Factory workers lost their jobs when machines took over their charge. After computation also, many employees lost their job too but we can't avert this.
