as you can see lots of promise are made in this budget but from where the indain railway will get money.government is not ready to invest money.in this budget didi said that they will buy around 18000 bogey. 52 new trains are giong to start. some of the station are giong to change in world class station which will required lots of expendtirue and there is no mode of earnings money no fare has been increased so there i no charge for earning money.
If not from anywhere, the public route by way of public issue of bonds is always open and the investing public are always eagerly waiting for such issues. Just now in the last week only, the Rlys had completed public issue and collected around 320 crores.
