kpy station platform 1 is in loop line.So it increase stoppage time of trains. one minute train stoppage consumes 10 to 15 minutes. So please reconstruct a new platform in main line instead of old platform number 1.

Railway is not interested to give stoppages for SF and main EXP. trains in loop line stations due to high time loss of train in each stoppage, even if the railway station has a good annual revenue.

If widening PF No.1 to main line over the loop line, we can avoid loop line near to PF No.1.This needs only small change in station control panel and less cost

First remove loop track near PF No.1 (At that period trains which have stop in kpy towards ernakulam side can halt pf no.2 or 3. Other trains have no hindrance). After that widen PF No.1 to main track (ie, track towards kyj side). In this way we can avoid loop track of PF No.1. After this modification, in station control board very small change is needed. So cost required is less.
