probably not.
human ski, when dry, has resistance in the range of 100 kilo ohms, while steel has a resistivity of 0.1 millionth of a ohm. the resistivity of human skin, when dry is almost 10 order of magnitude greater than steel and the current will prefer a path through steel rather than human, even if you touch that particular steel. Its only if the wire directly falls on you that you'll be in extremely high danger as in that case your body will form a series connection with the metallic body of train and thus current will have to flow through you.

In the same reply /blog/post/2131747 I have also said 'maybe' there are some wires where the work is left.
-
The reason I said "Yes" in the beginning was because that was the info that I got from the people when I visited Kotturu station - that there are no problems with wires.
They also said that some construction work of intermediate

stations remains, which turned out to be correct as per your reply -23 here.
-
If you see my posts on new stations - /blog/post/2143892, /blog/post/2131671, /blog/post/2115088, /blog/post/2123749, /blog/post/2152736, /blog/post/2152698, /blog/post/2094512 - I have tried my best to inform whatever info I gathered at that place.
-
I use expressions like "From what I could gather", "likely", "Hope it is informative" to clearly say that this is the information I could gather and never have I said that it is the final and official word.
-
There are members of this site who would find my posts useful - they would rate, appreciate, and some thank for going such distance for gathering info.
But I am also aware that there are members who will surely comeback to point mistakes, challenge that the info is wrong. Hence I use the above mentioned expressions.
But in Kotturu post, I made the mistake of not using any caveat, which now has been corrected.
