Humsafar k schedule and average speed se to acha antyodaya trains ka schedule and average speed hai atleast time to save ho hi jaata hai.RB must have to think about the running time of humsafar trains .

haha...foundation stone of Digha-Sonepur was laid in 1996 and was inaugurated in 2016, 5 months after the declaration of election results so it had no link with the elections. Second, Madhepura e-loco manufacturing unit was proposed in the 2007-08 budget speech of the then rail minister Lalu prasad yadav so that also doesn't have any relation with the elections.
