I believe there are no vestibule in GS coaches except in Antyodaya Express. In Northern trains like MB the GS coaches are at one end while in southern lhb trains like RF, it is one at each end.
This is the case of LHB trains like Purushottam Express. Even though, coach indicators are installed UR pax don't know it's purpose.
