"entitlement for priviledged" - so finally you admitted that this discussion was all about how you feel your region/zone is "entitled" and you believe you are "privileged" and want LHB trains as a stamp on that "superiority".
-
So the insistence that only some zones and states be given and some states like Rajasthan and NE not get it.

voting 'yes' do so because, their favorite train or trains with "imagined" greatness and importance haven't got LHB rakes yet.
-
One can understand Railfans anger. Their favorite train hasn't got it but a crawler gets it, so start a poll or discussion asking why such slow trains got and try to take a swipe at anyone trying to reason with them. There's hardly anything else they can do to change the reality.
-
I am least bothered if my area gets it or not. They already run very less trains and LHB means 2 less coaches, so better off with ICF. The train I use the most is a passenger with ICF coaches, very well maintained by SWR, I have no issues with ICF coaches.
-
I am only saying that all regions deserve LHB coaches. LC and speed are not at all a criteria.
LC maintenance you talked about is same everywhere. There are either personnel manning it or not. It closes when trains come and opens when train has passed. If it is unmanned, yes it is unmanned and poses risk at both trunk routes or hinterland routes.
I don't know which zone or what you mean by - "whereever even railway crossing is not maintained properly there what would they do with lhb rake". If you mean NWR and Rajasthan, then hopefully some member who has knowledge of NWR can answer you back.
