tatkal quota is enough already. some trains have TQ quota more than GNWL.

April me reassessment kerna tha Flexi-fare ka, RM ne parliament me bhi bola hai ki is scheme ko april me revise kiya jayega. Agar aisi News aa rahi hai to samjho confirm hi hai.
As per our local newspaper in Telugu daily IR is in thinking stage of putting 50% berths of premium trains at base fares and increase thereafter. This will be good move.
