Even better signalling system better Tracks and sleeper Coaches LHB to 160 tak capable hai but ICF ko replace krne me jyada waqt lge ga and Sab se badi baat Geographical Location har jagah pe 130 se upar ke speed nhi kr sakte ..

Bhai India ke tulna Japan se mat kro India work delay se complete krne me mahrat haasil hai yah koi work time rahte pura nhi hota hai.
bilkul, jub ki shatabdi or rajdhani to top priority trains hai. Inko congestion ho ya na ho first preference hi milta hai tub per bhi agar inke travel time me koi ka fark na dikhe to ye Railway ka nakarapan hai, isliye Rajdhani k passengers Air travel ki or Shatabdi k passengers Road travel ki or baagh gaye.
Capacity augmentation has always lagged the traffic growth in IR since independence. So, there has been no appreciable increase in the avg. apeed of trains in spite of the fact that the operating speed of trains has increased due to strengthening/modernisation of track.
At the time of independence, most of the lines were single but sufficient for the traffic at that time. As the traffic increased very fast with rapid industrialisation & development, the tracks begin to get congested. Accordingly, the required doubling was not done or done too slowly. By the time doubling was done, the traffic is too high and demand third track!
