If a train left from anvt and ndls at same time then always train which originates from.anvt kept in outer and ndls train always allowed to passed first from ghaziabad . personally observed travellling by northeast exp, seemanchal and anvt-cnb exp.the figure u have provided by u is true but late can be depend upon other factor as well .I am talking about Delhi territory where ndls train are given more priority.
