there is a train in the section 2 sections after the section this signal is 'guarding', so the train will have to slow to 80, although many LP's directly reduce speed on single amber (45) unless you have TPWS installed (its only in Gatimaan, wherein if your train is running at speed more than 5 Kmph greater than signal speed then automatically brakes are applied if you ignore the prompts from the s/m to reduce speed)
