But jo naya DRM hai LKO ka unki pehli posting hai as a DRM, Experience nahi hai Divisional manager k post ka BTW ye regular transfer hai.
MD KLRMC bhi reh chuke hain aur DMW means mechanical work me dealing h so I think kuch bhi ho Lahoti se to accha hi banda aaya hai.
agar naye drm hai to phir lucknow ko sambhal hi na payenge....lucknow needs experience drm.
Are IRSME k officer hai to Mechanical Engineer hi honge but newly recruited official ko problem hoti hai DRM or GM k post pe. Abhi k GM ECR ko dekh lo, first posting hai as a GM or accha perform nahi ker pa rahe hai. BTW hope for the best.
ya, as a DRM first posting hai unki but keeping the fingers crossed and hoping for the best.
