If at all they are run on the Delhi-Agra route, they should be fit for the usual 110kmph operations as they seem to have the same bogie structure as the normal ICF coaches. ICF coaches can be easily cleared for 120kmph operations as long as some maintenance norms are met. Since this is a tourist coach that won't see very rough use, there won't be any hurdles in meeting slightly more rigorous maintenance norms. So, it won't be a surprise (Neither is it a technical hurdle) if they are cleared for 120kmph operations 'if' operated on any of the high speed routes.

These coaches are not designed for high speeds. These are specially designed for tourism, released as tourist coaches. Any where in the world mostly these tourist coaches runs at less speed only not at high speed. The purpose of these coaches to get the feel the nature.

I did not say they will run fast at MPS "always". I said they will need to be fast in clearing the mainline if needed. Also like I mentioned, in the above post "what if" it is run on Konkan route?
they will create the slot accordingly so that it wont create as issue. As of now railways has no proposal to run these tourist coaches on Konkan railway. Railways going to run Tejas on Konkan very soon.
