Don't use upper case BTW I have already replied to your question, no. of active members belonging to these regions is much more higher as compared to other regions+ its human nature that matter related to anyone's personal interest will attract him/her more so more blogs/comment pertaining to any specific region and u can't stop that on an open forum.
You are correct but members should also show some restraint and respect happenings of other zones rather than selfishly demanding more and more services on each and every blog post
