Getting the rake but delay in introduction is only adding to Railways losses. Currently with marriage season on this train would have had tremendous occupancy (Pnbe trains always have). Maybe they are waiting to get some time from RM or Mos to show green flag. And to add personally speaking "To end VIP culture you need to stop waiting to get VIP endorsement for yr Daily Activities." Since Railways is service to the nation, its passengers should not be made to wait for an Enpty rhetoric by an Politician.
