The flatbed wagon in the picture is a DBKM type wagon developed for Military purposes. It has a transition type CBC coupler (the couplers we see on locomotives which have both CBC and screw couplings) so that it can be attached to freight wagons as well as passenger coaches. You can see such wagons being used on many military trains for moving trucks, tanks etc.
