Yes, pf 1 is used for exp trains of HB chord and pf 2 is used for trains of main line. Although trains of HB chord sometimes arrives on pf 2 and that of mainline on pf 1 that occurs only very few times. And yes hool arrives on pf 2 most of the times as it uses the mainline
