RSA won't be possible with CAN-YPR.
Reason 1: Both trains belong to different zone
Reason 2: Both zone will not be interested in giving their train to another zone. Already SR has sacrificed their CAPE express with SWR island express and not SR is regretting for the same. Every time Island gets delayed, CAPE-MS needs to be rescheduled. CAPE-MS is one among prestigious train, which is not suffering because of SR's mistake

3: YPR-CAN-YPR is one of the cleanest train in malabar route. providing RSA with long distance train will make it ugly, since cleaning won't be proper.
Reason 4: MAQ people won't be interested in extending this train, as it will affect their quota
