Hi my PNR is 8359648511. I have booked it in 3A but upon confirmation it is showing S3/17 and S3/20. Whether it is showing 2 sleeper class or 3A ?

Once My ticket got downgrded from 3A to sleeper I refused to travel in sleeper, I got full refund....
It is showing chart not prepared .... Then how come they have downgraded my class from 3A to SL ? Is it happens ?
Instead of cancelling the ticket, i would suggest you file a TDR with the reason as 'Passenger not travelled as reservation provided in lower class'
It is possible that they would have removed the lone 3A coach altogether and provided accomodation in SL classes for all 3A passengers.
