Any train arriving after 6:10 is made to wait at YPR outer, till Janshatabdi and Chalukya Express depart YPR. Hence the trains get clearance, only after 6:30.
Even Rajdhani arrives at the same time. So it is pretty congested from 6 to 6:40 at YPR in the morning

Before Rani Chennamma's timings changed, KSK used to arrive at 5:45 regularly, overtake used to happen at Khanapur/Londa during those days.
Maga, yesterday Rockstar of SWR Hubbali JS covered ASK-DVG 160Kms in flat 2hrs- Average speed is 80Kmph !!!
once the entire stretch is doubled, then the average time taken for all the trains would be similar..
i remember once, even 22686 KSK covered DVG-ASK in 2 hours.. but halted at Chikkabanavar for about 30 minutes in the morning!!
