After SWR changed Quota allocations of 16590 Rani Chennamma, it has just become impossible to travel by train from BGM/DWR to SBC. Its just a meagre 36 berths in Sleeper Class for BGM, Londa and Dharwad combined. When even 200 berths for BGM & DWR separately would get filled completely, they reduced the quotas for such important cities. Dont know who is at the helm of affairs taking such horrible decisions.
